Field Scoutby Aadishre Technologies

Terms of Use

Last updated: 26 September 2026 · Applies to the Field Scout app and this website.

1. The agreement

These terms are between you (the business using the app) and Aadishre Technologies — a Udyam-registered micro enterprise, sole proprietorship of Nirmala Parida, which operates Field Scout. Using the app means you accept them.

2. Your account

Your account is your mobile number. Keep your phone and the login code to yourself — anyone with them can see your records. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has got in, and log out from the app to end other sessions.

The owner's account is the business's account. Staff join by the owner's invite and act on the owner's behalf; the owner is responsible for who is invited, what they are allowed to do (for example, whether a salesman may collect payment), and for removing people who leave.

3. What the app is — and what it is not

Field Scout helps you record what happened on your salesman's route. It is a record-keeping tool, not an accountant, not a tax filing service, and not a lender. The figures it shows are built from what you and your people put in.

A receipt (parchi) issued by your salesman is your business's receipt. The app numbers it and keeps it; what it says the client paid is what your salesman entered.

4. What we ask of you

5. Money

Field Scout is free for every distributor until 31 March 2027. From 1 April 2027 it is ₹199 per month for 10 field seats. If a subscription is not active, the app keeps showing everything already recorded and stops accepting new entries — nothing is deleted, and it accepts entries again the moment the subscription is active. We will say so in the app before any charge begins.

6. Availability

We will try to keep the service up, but we do not promise it will never be unavailable. Maintenance, a provider outage or a network problem can interrupt it. Nothing here removes your responsibility to know what your own business sold or collected.

7. Your data

Your records stay yours. What we do with them is set out in the privacy policy. You can ask for a copy or for deletion at any time.

8. Ending it

You can stop using the app whenever you like and ask us to close your account. We may suspend an account that is being used to break these terms or the law, and we will tell you why unless we are not allowed to.

9. Liability

The app is a tool for recording what your business does. The records you enter, and the decisions you take from them, are yours.

We give you the app as it is. We do not promise that it will never have a fault, or that it will suit a purpose we have not described on this site. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

If something goes wrong because of us, we will fix it. We are not responsible for money lost indirectly — a sale you did not make, profit you expected, goodwill, or a record you kept nowhere else.

Where the law allows a limit, our total responsibility to you for everything arising out of these terms is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. While the app is free, that amount is nil.

Nothing here limits what the law does not allow us to limit — including liability for fraud, for death or injury caused by us, and your rights under India’s consumer and data-protection laws.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Koraput, Odisha have jurisdiction.
